Lanigan Elected OPEIU President

The Office and Professional Employees International Union announced June 6 that Richard Lanigan has been elected president at its convention in Orlando, Fla.

Lanigan has served as OPEIU president since December 2015, when he was appointed to fill a vacancy created by the resignation of the previous president, Michael Goodwin240 DLR A-13, 12/15/15, 53 GERR 1409, 12/22/15, 29 LRW 2603, 12/23/15.

Mary Mahoney also was re-elected to a third term as the union’s secretary-treasurer, OPEIU said.
