Lane Bryant Inc. agreed to pay nearly $1.4 million to resolve overtime claims brought by a group of retail store managers, according to a settlement filed in New York federal court.
The Fair Labor Standards Act collective includes an estimated 900 individuals, who will split about $850,000 in exchange for giving up their New York wage claims.
