The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas was informed of the apparent settlement between Jonathan Langley and International Business Machines Corp. in a joint stipulation filed Tuesday. Stipulated dismissals don’t require court approval and are automatically effective, Judge David A. Ezra said Wednesday in an order closing the case.
