The US Labor Department has new temporary leadership at its Wage and Hour Division.
Donald Harrison, who had been serving as acting leadership of the division since April, is no longer at the subagency in charge of enforcing minimum wage, overtime, child labor, and other federal labor laws.
According to the DOL’s website, James Macy is now in the position of acting administrator.
A DOL spokesperson didn’t respond to a request for comment about the departure, but pointed to the DOL’s leadership chart when asked if Harrison was still at the agency.
