Labor Department Employee Sues Agency Alleging Disability Bias

A Labor Department employee is suing the agency over refusing to promote him or boost his pay, alleging disability-based discrimination and retaliation.

The employee, Wesley Lucas, is a Marine Corps and Army veteran with multiple disabilities including a traumatic brain injury, post traumatic stress disorder, and sciatic nerve damage, according to his complaint filed in the US District Court for the District of Columbia Sunday.
