The National Labor Relations Board and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration have agreed to share investigation information that would help them protect workers from retaliation after raising safety complaints.
The two agencies announced their partnership in a memorandum of understanding Tuesday, saying it will allow for joint enforcement, outreach, and training for the agencies’ staff to become familiar with the National Labor Relations Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
