Labor Board Orders New York Meat Processing Plant to Rehire Six

A New York meat processing plant must rehire six employees after the National Labor Relations Board determined it had laid them off without giving their union the opportunity to bargain.

Atlantic Veal and Lamb, LLC illegally laid off six warehouse workers in 2021 and refused to give information to the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, the NLRB held in a ruling Thursday.
