Labor Board Moves to Drop Case Over SpaceX Firing Musk Critics

The US labor board is taking steps to rid itself of its stalled case against SpaceX over the firing of employees who criticized Elon Musk.

The National Labor Relations Board is exploring whether the aerospace company actually lies outside of its jurisdiction, more than a year after the agency accused SpaceX of illegally interrogating and retaliating against employees because of their involvement in an open letter that said “Elon’s behavior in the public sphere is a frequent source of distraction and embarrassment for us.”
