An anti-union legal advocacy group has filed another lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of National Labor Relations Board members’ legal protections against being removed without cause.
The NLRB’s structure runs afoul of constitutional separation-of-powers principles by barring the president from firing board members for any or no reason, the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation argued in a complaint filed Monday.
