Labor Agency’s Congressional Liaison to Leave

The Labor Department’s chief liaison to Congress is set to leave the agency soon, sources familiar with the situation tell Bloomberg Law.

Katherine McGuire, the DOL’s assistant secretary for congressional and inter-governmental affairs, joined the agency in the role in January 2018. Her departure roughly one year later makes McGuire the fourth political official to leave the department in recent weeks.
