Labor Agency Pushes Employers to Better Train Workers on AI Use

The Labor Department wants employers and state workforce agencies to teach workers how to responsibly use artificial intelligence to adapt to an economy increasingly driven by the technology.

A new AI literacy framework, released by the DOL Friday, is supposed to guide employers, educators, and state agencies on how to use the technology and avoid its potential pitfalls.
