LA Strip Club’s Adherence to Union Deal to Go Before NLRB Judge

Allegations that a Los Angeles strip club violated a settlement agreement with the union representing its dancers should go before a National Labor Relations Board judge, the NLRB ruled.

The board rejected on Wednesday the NLRB general counsel’s bid for a default judgement against Star Garden Enterprise, saying there are factual disputes that an administrative law judge must resolve in order to decide whether the club breached its deal with the union.
