Kroger Defeats Ex-Store Manager’s Disability Accommodation Suit

A Kroger Co. subsidiary is free of a former store manager’s disability bias lawsuit after a federal judge ruled the worker lacks evidence that he asked the grocery chain for a reasonable accommodation before he was fired.

The ex-employee argued that he could have kept his current role with the aid of a wheelchair or transferred to other open positions with Kroger LP.
