Kraft Heinz Workers Seek Nod for $15 Million Wage Dispute Deal

Kraft Heinz Foods Co. workers who say the company stiffed them on pay for off-the-clock work and miscalculated overtime urged a federal judge to advance a $15 million settlement.

The deal covers nearly 42,000 people who worked at the food and beverage producer in more than a dozen states across a roughly five-year period, according to a brief the workers filed in support of their preliminary settlement approval motion in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
