Production employees at a Kraft-Heinz plant in Avon, N.Y., approved a three-year contract with management, the union that represents the workers announced.
Teamsters Local 118 represents 340 workers at the plant. They voted Jan. 22 on the contract, which includes annual wage increases and “improved” personal leave and vacation time, the union said in its announcement Jan. 25.
The union wouldn’t provide additional contract details but said it is happy with the wage increases. The deal is retroactive to Dec. 1 and expires Nov. 30, 2020.
