Kohler Co. beat a former worker’s claims that she was disciplined and retaliated against based on her race, with a ruling by a federal district court in Wisconsin.
Letitia Michele Yeager, who is Black, didn’t provide evidence to rebut Kohler’s allegations that she received the “highest number of quality defects out of all the employees in her department” and received verbal and written warnings, Judge J.P.
