Knight Transport Workers Land Class Status in Two Wage Suits

Two groups of workers who say Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc. or its affiliates ran afoul of wage laws won class status from federal judges in New York and California.

Knight-Swift and indirect subsidiary Swift Transportation Co. of Arizona LLC face one of the newly certified class actions in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Knight Transportation Inc. and Knight Port Services LLC—both also within the Knight-Swift corporate family—face a second class suit in the US District Court for the Central District of California.
