Kink.com Performers Need Condoms, Safety Agency Says

Fetish pornography producer Kink.com was fined a total of $146,600 for allegedly violating condom requirements and other safety laws that exposed workers to potentially infectious materials, California’s Division of Occupational Safety and Health said.

Cal/OSHA issued citations for 13 safety violations, 11 of which were for general safety violations such as a failure to guard the blades of a table saw on the premises. The remaining two citations, which were classified as willful serious, were for allegedly failing to require performers to use condoms during production of five different movies.
