Shawn Bohannan failed to show an inference of intentional discrimination because his three offered non-Black comparators who were allegedly treated more favorably engaged in different conduct and all cooperated with Kimberly-Clark’s testing procedures, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania ruled Wednesday.
