Kimbal Musk’s Nonprofit Ordered to Rehire Workers in Labor Case

Kimbal Musk’s nonprofit Big Green must rehire 10 workers who were fired amid a union drive, a federal judge in Colorado ruled.

The National Labor Relations Board demonstrated reasonable cause to believe the nonprofit educational gardening company founded by Elon Musk’s brother violated federal labor law by restructuring and terminating all the workers that the Communications Workers of America was trying to represent, US District Judge Gordon Gallagher held.
