A federal judge in California gave final approval April 22 to a $2.7 million settlement between Kellermeyer Bergensons Services LLC, formerly known as Kellermeyer Building Services, and 13,446 housekeepers and janitors who accused the company of “systematic violations” of wage and hour laws (Arellano v. Kellermeyer Bldg. Servs. LLC, S.D. Cal., 3:13-cv-00533, settlement approved 4/22/15).
