K&L Gates: Ex-Partner’s Race Bias Suit Part of Smear Campaign

A Black former partner at K&L Gates LLP should be required to arbitrate his claims of racial discrimination, the law firm argued to a D.C. court, saying the attorney’s earlier lawsuit is “utterly baseless” and part of a “nearly two-year campaign of relentless harassment” against the firm and its partners.
