Justices Won’t Review Minnesota Court Ruling On Firm’s Interference Lawsuit Against Union

The U.S. Supreme Court March 1 declined to review a Minnesota Supreme Court decision that a construction contractor’s state law lawsuit alleging contract interference and unfair competition by a Plumbers and Pipe Fitters local was preempted by the National Labor Relations Act (Midwest Pipe Insulation Inc. v. Minneapolis Pipefitters Union, Local 539).
