Justices Seek US Views on General Dynamics’ No-Poach Suit

The US Supreme Court asked the Trump administration to weigh in on lower court review of the statute of limitations in a case involving “no-poach” agreements among General Dynamics and other shipbuilders.

The justices Monday directed the solicitor general to comment on a divided Fourth Circuit ruling that revived the antitrust case. It alleges that General Dynamics, Huntington Ingalls, and others maintained since the early 1980s an unwritten agreement not to recruit or hire each other’s naval engineers.
