Denying a National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency financial analyst’s petition, the U.S. Supreme Court Dec. 9 decided not to review a lower court’s dismissal of his claim that the revocation of his security clearance because of his wife’s Islamic associations violated his constitutional rights (Hegab v.
