Judge Presses UPenn on Data-Shielding Argument in EEOC Probe (1)

A Pennsylvania federal judge questioned lawyers for the University of Pennsylvania and faculty groups Tuesday over the validity of their argument that the EEOC didn’t meet a low legal bar to request staff contact information as part of an antisemitism investigation.
