JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. has agreed to pay $12 million to settle the wage and hour claims of approximately 145,000 current and former employees in 12 states, according to an unopposed motion for preliminary approval of settlement filed Oct. 8 in a federal district court in California (Hightower v. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., C.D. Cal., 11-01802, motion filed 10/8/14).
