A skilled foreign worker who kept changing jobs is likely going to have to leave the country because he can’t extend his temporary visa.
A federal judge in Washington called Sandeep Sitaram’s situation “unfortunate, but not unlawful” after rubber stamping the government’s rejection of his H-1B visa extension. Sitaram maxed out the six years he was allowed, and none of the exceptions apply, the court said June 22.
