Jack in the Box Faces EEOC Sexual Harassment Lawsuit in Texas

The EEOC has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against a Jack in the Box restaurant in Paris, Texas, for allegedly violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the agency said Wednesday.

The restaurant, which is owned and operated by Rock Strategic LLC, allegedly forced several female employees to leave their jobs because of a lack of appropriate or effective action in response to their reports to the regional manager and director of operations.
