Veeva Systems Inc. interfered with “unambiguous non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality obligations” of a key former vice president of IQVIA Inc., according to a lawsuit filed in federal court in New Jersey.
“IQVIA and Veeva are direct competitors in the business of providing market research, technology applications, and other services to the life sciences industry,” according to IQVIA’s complaint filed Monday at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
