Infosys to Pay $34 Million to Government; Largest Payment Made in Immigration Case

The Bangalore, India-based information technology consulting company Infosys has agreed to pay $34 million to the federal government under a settlement with the Justice Department, the largest payment ever made in an immigration case, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Texas John M. Bales announced Oct. 30 (United States v. Infosys Ltd.).
