Infinity Healthcare Sued for Overtime, Retirement Plan Fees (1)

Wisconsin medical provider Infinity Healthcare Inc. was hit with a federal court lawsuit claiming it has denied overtime wages to certain hourly workers and failed to rein in excessive fees associated with its profit sharing retirement plan.

Amanda Lange works for Infinity Healthcare Physicians as a physician assistant at an Eau Claire hospital. Lange says in her suit that she and other hourly-paid workers regularly worked more than 40 hours per week without receiving appropriate overtime compensation at the correct hourly rate, in violation of federal and state labor law.
