The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed a lawsuit against Ranger Tool and Die Inc. for alleged failure to prevent sexual harassment as well as retaliation against employees who submitted complaints at a Jonesboro, Ark. location.
Two women were allegedly fired following their complaints to management about sexual harassment, and one man was fired for complaining about these terminations, the agency said Friday.
In addition to back pay, the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas seeks compensatory and punitive damages, compensation for lost benefits, and an injunction against future discrimination, the EEOC said. ...
