Indiana Scrambles to Save Right-to-Work Law After Steelworkers Win Trial Court Injunction

Indiana’s attorney general July 24 asked a trial court to stay a recent order enjoining enforcement of the state’s right-to-work law, arguing that any ban on enforcing the law should await a decision on the statute’s constitutionality by the Indiana Supreme Court (United Steelworkers v. Zoeller, Ind. Cir. Ct., No. 45C01-1207-PL-00071, motion for stay).
