Indian IT Worker Can Stay in U.S. While Visa Denial Appealed

An Indian worker providing information technology services to Honda will get to stay and work in the U.S. while he and his employer appeal a denial of his temporary visa.

Judge Rudolph Contreras of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Nov. 19 blocked U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ denial and prevented Kartik Krishnamurthy from being considered to be without lawful immigration status.
