Indian Grads Settle Suit Over H-1B Denials for Employers’ Fraud

More than 90 Indian nationals who graduated from US colleges will get another chance at securing H-1B visas as part of a settlement of their legal challenge to government sanctions imposed on them for fraud committed by their former employers.
