In Wake of D.C. Circuit’s Dayton Ruling, Rogers Vows to Resolve Backlog of Cases

SARASOTA, Fla.—The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission is committed to resolving the cases before it, despite a number that have lingered for years, the chair of commission said during an American Bar Association committee meeting March 15.

In remarks to the Occupational Safety and Health Law Midwinter Meeting convened by the ABA’s Section of Labor and Employment Law, OSHRC Chairman Thomasina V.
