A union that represents about 350 federal immigration judges filed a grievance Aug. 8 alleging the Department of Justice improperly interfered in a deportation matter.
The National Association of Immigration Judges says the DOJ violated its collective bargaining agreement by removing pending cases scheduled for consideration by Immigration Judge Steven A. Morley.
