IBM Gets Some Claims Cut From Ex-Workers’ Age Bias Class Suit

One of four former IBM employees spearheading a class action alleging the company engaged in systemic bias against older workers and replaced them with younger ones, as well as certain other ex-employees who agreed to arbitrate in exchange for severance, can’t pursue the case, a federal judge in New York ruled.
