Hyatt Keeps California Wage, Hour Suit in Federal Court

Hyatt Corp. is entitled to keep a potential class action alleging it violated California wage and hour laws at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego in federal rather than state court, given the likely number of employees and amount of money involved, a federal court said.
