Huntington Bancshares Employees Bring Wage, OT Class Action

Huntington Bancshares Inc. and its subsidiary The Huntington National Bank failed to pay branch employees for all their hours worked, including overtime, according to a collective action filed in federal court in Ohio.

Huntington failed to pay certain workers, including tellers and relationship bankers, for mandatory duties performed before the start of their shifts, like conducting security checks and opening the branch, Melanie Marche and Molly Bender allege in their complaint filed Wednesday at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
