Two former Humane Society of the United States workers fired for skipping Covid-19 vaccines secured another chance to prove the organization discriminated against their religious beliefs, an appeals court said Thursday.
The workers, both Christians, “plausibly allege that their beliefs are an essential part of a religious faith and they connect those beliefs to their refusal” to comply with HSUS’s vaccine mandate, the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit said.
