House Lawmakers Pass Keystone XL Bill With Splintered Support by Labor Groups

House lawmakers passed legislation (H.R. 5682) Nov. 14 to approve the controversial Keystone XL pipeline, advancing a key piece of the Republicans’ jobs agenda that has sharply divided labor groups.
