House GOP Members Plan on Backing Challenge of Shot-or-Test Rule

Republican House members are urging their colleagues to sign on to a friend-of-the-court brief opposing the Biden administration’s Covid-19 shot-or-test rule for large employers, according to a letter obtained by Bloomberg Law.

  • The Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s emergency standard has been stayed since Nov. 6, with a federal appeals court in Cincinnati poised to hear consolidated challenges to the regulation.
