House Republicans Probe EEOC Corporate Diversity Enforcement (1)

The House Committee on Oversight and Accountability is digging into the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s enforcement of laws prohibiting racial discrimination following backlash against companies’ diversity programs, according to a letter from lawmakers.

The letter sent to EEOC Chair Charlotte Burrows on Friday by members of Republican committee leadership, Chair Rep. James Comer (Ky) and Rep.
