Hospital Illegally Withheld Pay From Nurses, NLRB Judge Says

A Colorado hospital violated federal labor law when it refused to give unionized nurses increased pay and benefits that it provided to other employees, a National Labor Relations Board judge found.

NLRB Administrative Law Judge John Giannopoulos on Tuesday ordered Centura Health, which operates Longmont United Hospital, to give over 200 nurses compensation for lost pay and benefits that were provided to non-unionized employees since September 2021.
