The sole remaining plaintiff of a proposed class of female Jones Day lawyers dropped the last of her workplace discrimination allegations against the firm.
Katrina Henderson, a Black former Jones Day associate, dropped her allegations of disparate treatment, hostile work environment, and race discrimination filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Henderson previously joined former co-plaintiffs in suing Jones Day, alleging the firm underpaid the female attorneys and discriminated against them in other workplace matters.
