Hilton Agrees to Settle Overtime, Minimum Wage Suit for $330K

Hilton’s timeshare and resort management arm asked a federal court to approve a settlement payout of $330,000 to a group of timeshare sales executives who say the company shorted their minimum wage and overtime pay.

Hilton Grand Vacations Co. drew in $1.7 billion in revenue for fiscal year 2017, according to Bloomberg data. The company develops, markets, and manages resorts in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
