The Supreme Court has declined to take up a challenge to a program authorizing temporary employment of more than 117,000 foreign graduates of science, technology, and engineering programs at US colleges and universities.
The court’s decision Monday assures employers of continued access to what they’ve deemed an essential pipeline of high-skill early career talent, and maintains a pathway for those workers to stay in the US while they seek more long-term visa options.
