High Court Declines to Test ‘N-Word’ In Hostile Work Claims

The U.S. Supreme Court declined to consider whether a Dallas County hospital system should face hostile work environment claims from a Black former employee claiming he was subjected to the N-word etched on a workplace elevator and swastikas drawn on a storage room wall, both of which were allowed to remain after he’d complained about them.
